Tasting

Lively effervescence form a ring of creamy and persistent foam. Its robe is perfectly limpid pale yellow with green highlights. the nose is initially fine and elegant with white flower fragrances. Aeration brings out, citrusy notes like lime and grapefruit. Hints of white peach. Lovely minerality. A touch of fern and boxwood. Slightly sweet. The final note is very refreshing
